Early in this adventure I learned that connecting with
people for whom time and miles have you separated is very important. Today another lesson is learned, this one not
so gently.
We met Jim and Dolly on a vacation many years ago. We connected immediately and grew as
friends. We kept in touch and visited each other in spite of
separate lives and the many miles that kept us far apart.
We talked with him a few days ago, laughing and talking about the crazy adventure that we were on. Inspired by our craziness, he said that they would soon be going on a journey of their own. Jim left this world last week. No words can express our sadness. We will count and cherish every breath today.
